At SAK Vision, we strive to provide fast, reliable, and discreet shipping for all of our customers across the United States. Please review our Shipping & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (when available).

  • Delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, carrier delays, and order volume.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.
Some products may not be available for shipment to certain states or cities based on local laws regarding hemp-derived or nicotine products. Orders containing restricted items will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Age Verification

We are a 21+ business. Age verification is required before order processing.
Orders that fail verification will be canceled and refunded.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier but not received.
    If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible.

2. Return & Refund Policy

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used items.

Eligible Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • You received the wrong product, or

  • Your order was damaged or defective upon arrival.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Please email smokeflowsupply@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a brief explanation.
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide return instructions or issue a replacement/refund.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was ours.

  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and take clear photos of the items. Contact us within 7 days so we can assist with a replacement or refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used consumables (vapes, gummies, flower, tinctures, etc.)

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Items beyond 7 days of delivery

4. Legal Responsibility

It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and comply with their local laws regarding hemp-derived, nicotine, THC-A, and mushroom products. We are not responsible for items delayed, seized, or destroyed by local authorities.
